Our Company (Shanghai Toval Fluid Control Technology Co., Ltd.) located in Shanghai City, China, which has the world’s largest port, convenient transportation and low cost, convenient for customers to visit our factory. We have our own factories around Shanghai, producing brass valves and fittings in the field of plumbing. We’ve been doing this for over 15 years.
We have around 10 engineers from R&D, Designing, Production and QC department.
Yes. We are always searching for global distributors who can be our partners to expand the local markets, and we also provide market protection, marketing and technical support for our distributors. If you are involved in the valve industry, or in relative industries which has rich customer base who will need valves, welcome to contact us and talk more details about the distributorship.
ABOUT PURCHASING
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
We are honored to offer samples to you when the prices are confirmed. Samples are free, however, the freight cost should be collected by customer. If sample quantity is more than our regular one, we will extra collect sample cost.
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

Yes, All of the prodcuts are warranted by us, unless specified otherwise. All warranties are included with your order. If you have any products quality questions or wrong items purchased, please email to us or can have a call 86 189 3976 2087 to speak to a Customer Service representative.
You can visit our factory at any time, or apply for third-party factory audit. And during the COVID-19 special period, we could provide an online video chat for you to visit our factory.
ABOUT PAYMENT TERMS
- Order amount <$5,000, the payment term is 100% TT in advance
- Order amount $5,000 ~ $10,000, the payment term is 50% TT in advance, 50% before shipment once goods ready.
- Order amount > $10,000, the payment term is 50% TT in advance, 50% against the copy of BL.
ABOUT PACKING
Most shipments include boxes packed inside an outer carton and placed on a wooden pallet or a box. Welcome to contact us to get pictures of the packing.
ABOUT SHIPMENT
For some regular products, we keep them in stock. can be sent out within 2 days. For some items which are not in our stock, the delivery time will be 3-15 days. we can meet the quickest shipment according to customers’ requirement.
EXW, FOB, FCA, C&F, CIF, DDU
We have cooperated shipping agent and could help to arrange the shipment by sea or air or railway which help customers to reduce the trouble.
